DCMF Deep Cleaning Marble Floors

This kit is used to equip a classic floor polisher to perform deep cleaning and protection of natural stone floors with smooth, antiqued, sandblasted, bush-hammered, flamed or natural split surfaces. Great for marble, grit or antique terracotta floors.

You can use either a new or a vintage floor polisher of any brand. The appliance will not be damaged by this unusual use if properly prepared. The kit is designed for traditional household polishers that normally mount a trio of removable rotating brushes with an external diameter of 125-130 mm.

Deep cleansing is an extraordinary maintenance treatment. It is carried out with the aid of detergents or wax removers (neutral or alkaline for marble floors) and the use of green fiber discs.

To enhance the polishing of the floors (exclusively for marble or grit) you can use the polishing powder for marble using the white discs to be mounted on the polisher.

To clean and waterproof the floor, you must prepare a mixture with 3 parts of water and 1 part of AMZ-Soap, in case of first application or extraordinary maintenance (instead for ordinary maintenance keep a 10: 1 ratio). The 3 red fiber discs are mounted and the prepared mixture is sprayed. The polisher is passed several times to evenly distribute the protective / polishing mixture until completely dry. It should not be rinsed off.

For routine maintenance, a mixture of 20 parts of water and 1 part of soap or Marseille foam is prepared and the non-abrasive white fiber discs are mounted on the polisher. Wet the part of the floor to be treated with the prepared mixture, then passing the polisher over the surface. Finally, a clean dry cloth is passed without rinsing.

[Note] Regarding ancillary products, the kit includes only the "Amz Soap" sealant cleaner. It does not include de-waxing products or polishing powders which must be purchased separately.
