| This kit contains everything you need to transform a traditional floor polisher with three rotating brushes into a marble polisher. Contents: 2 sets of 3 125 mm sponge fiber diamond abrasive discs (500 grit and 1000 grit) for sanding floors in two stages, 1 set of 3 125 mm white TNT nylon fiber discs for the final polishing stage, 1 sachet of polishing powder for polishing up to 15 m2 of surface area, 1 set of 3 125 mm comb adapters. The discs are applied with the comb adapter under the hard bristle brushes normally supplied with all traditional polishers. This setup can restore the mirror-like polish of marble, ruined by dull stains caused by acids, encrustations, or scratches. The system is suitable for both renovating a floor that has become very worn and damaged over time, and for maintaining a perfect mirror-like polish on slightly dulled marble with the simple application of polishing powder. To use the kit, you need a traditional household floor polisher/vacuum cleaner with the classic set of three rotating brushes. No special skills are required. The appliance used, even a vintage one, will not be damaged by this "improper use" if you follow a few simple precautions outlined in the instruction sheet. This system can give a mirror-like polish to all marble, travertine, limestone, terrazzo, or Palladian floors. The result will be unexpectedly professional. However, it is not suitable for polishing granite, quartzite, all silica stones (or stones with low carbonate content), and some green marbles (Guatemala/India Green and similar). The surface to be treated must be perfectly flat, free of unevenness or under-level joints. Yields: The diamond abrasives in the kit last approximately 100-150 square meters, while the bag of polishing powder can polish approximately 15 square meters. For larger surfaces, simply purchase the polishing powder needed to complete the job separately, keeping in mind that the average coverage is 2.5-3 square meters for every 100 grams of powder. |
